Marsha Calegari has been fine tuning the art of selling real estate for over 30 years since starting her career at Coldwell Banker in 1972. She has worked at other major brokerages and has been a founding partner in two other very lucrative real estate companies.
In June of 1997, Calegari & Associates opened it doors. Marsha was the listing agent responsible for the successful marketing and sale of the prestigious 1998 San Francisco Decorator Showcase home at 2930 Vallejo Street. It sold for what was at the time the highest sale price ever paid for a single family home in San Francisco.
Carole Anixter Cohen is a third generation San Franciscan. She has been selling Real Estate in the city for over 18 years mostly on the north side of town. She has special knowledge about Sea Cliff, where she lived and raised her family. Before entering Real Estate, Carole spent many years in retail and has her RN and PHN degress from San Fancisco State University.
Paul Hallanan joined Calegari & Associates in 1999 and now directs its rental department. He has been facilitating rental transactions in San Francisco for over 15 years. He has developed a large client-base and possesses a thorough understanding of San Franciscos competitive rental market. Paul has worked in both sales and rentals at brokerages in San Francisco and in Southern California.
Bill Lazzaretti comes to Calegari & Associates from an extensive marketing background. He was the founder and CEO of an event marketing business which was acquired by Carlson Marketing Group of Minneapolis in 1998. He spent three years with CMG as their Western Region Executive Vice President.
In the interim years he has worked to bring the 2012 Olympic Games to the San Francisco Bay Area, completed a three month income tax course and acquired his real estate license. He also has first hand knowledge of the steps involved in developing investment property in San Francisco.
Victoria Schwartz is a sixth generation San Franciscan who first became involved in real estate sales by assisting her mother, Bambi Schwartz. As a native San Franciscan and property owner, Victoria possesses an in-depth knowledge of the city and its housing market. She is also a member of the Small Property Owners of San Francisco. Victoria is an alumnus of San Francisco State University and holds an M.S from Dominican University. Her areas of focus include; residential, investment property and second home purchases.
